Q: How far in advance should we book you?
A: Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular dates. I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue secured.

Q: How do we book you?
A: To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

Q: Do you travel for weddings?
A: Yes! I love traveling and am available for weddings across the country and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Coverage & Style

Q: How would you describe your photography style?
A: I specialize in a blend of documentary and classic wedding photography—capturing real, candid moments with a timeless aesthetic.

Q: Do you work with a second photographer?
A: A second photographer is available as an add-on. It's great for capturing different angles and more moments, especially for larger weddings.

Q: How many hours of coverage do we need?
A: It depends on your timeline, but most couples book 8 hours for full-day coverage—from getting ready through the dance floor fun.

After the Wedding

Q: When will we receive our photos?
A: Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks. I also send a sneak peek within a few days of your wedding!

Q: How will we receive our images?
A: You’ll receive a private online gallery through Pic-Time where you can view, download, share, and order prints.

Q: Are the images high-resolution?
A: Yes, all final images are delivered in high-resolution, perfect for printing. Web-sized files are also available for easy sharing.

Q: Will we get the raw files?
A: I don’t deliver RAW files. I carefully select and edit the best images to tell the full story of your day.

Prints & Albums

Q: Do you offer prints or albums?
A: Absolutely! You can order professional-quality prints and heirloom albums directly through your online gallery.

Q: Can we print the photos ourselves?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a print release with your gallery, so you can print your images wherever you'd like. I do recommend using a professional lab for the best quality.

Backup & Security

Q: How long will our gallery be online?
A: Your gallery will be available for 6 months from the delivery date. I recommend downloading your images and creating backups.

Q: Is one backup enough?
A: I always recommend at least two backups—ideally one on a hard drive and one in the cloud. Your memories deserve extra protection!

Q: Do you offer USB drives?
A: USBs are available upon request for an additional fee. Just let me know if you'd like to add one to your package!
